If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing support@bonjibon.com and stating you wish to appeal. We will respond within 60 days with a written explanation. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state's attorney general.

Global Privacy Control

Do-Not-Track

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals as no uniform industry standard for recognising DNT has been adopted. We do however honour GPC signals as described above.

15. DEFINITIONS

Personal Data / Personal Information: Any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.

Sensitive Personal Information: Any personal information that is not publicly available and reveals information considered sensitive under applicable privacy law.

Usage Data: Information collected automatically through www.bonjibon.com, including IP addresses, domain names, URI addresses, time of request, server response codes, country of origin, browser and operating system information, time details per visit, and other parameters about the device and user's IT environment.

Tracker: Any technology — e.g. cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, embedded scripts, e-tags, and fingerprinting — that enables the tracking of users by accessing or storing information on the user's device.

Cookie: A Tracker consisting of small sets of data stored in the user's browser.

Sale (US): Any exchange of personal information by us to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, as defined by applicable US state law. Disclosure under a written service provider contract does not constitute a Sale.
