Order Process Time
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. If an item you purchased is a pre-order or back-ordered, your order will ship all together once that item comes into stock.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary of your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
We ship all orders from our Toronto warehouse with Canada Post.
Discreet Shipping and Billing
We guarantee 100% discreet shipping and billing.
All orders are shipped in eco-friendly discreet packaging. There are no logos, images or labels on our shipping materials that indicate the contents of your order inside. For international orders we mark everything as “Novelty Item” on the customs form.
On your credit card statement, your order will be labeled as BJBSHOP.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150CAD to Canada and the US.
Canadian orders under $150CAD flat shipping rate: $15CAD

Canada-wide: 3 - 10 business days (depending on distance from Toronto)
US Orders
We offer free shipping on orders over $150CAD to Canada and the US.
US orders under $150CAD shipping rate: $9USD - $18USD.
This rate is based on the weight and size of order and is determined at checkout.

Due to reasons beyond our control to keep in accordance with the Terms of Service of Shopify Payments we currently do not ship to: Iran, Cuba, Czechia, Norfolk Island, Réunion, Somalia, U.S. Outlying Islands, Belarus, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates
Please Note: As sex toys are regulated and even illegal in some countries, while we are thrilled to offer worldwide discreet shipping, it is to the customers discretion if they would like to take on any penalties should their order be stopped and investigated by customs. Shipping Protection
We offer Package Insurance for all orders to protect against theft or loss.
Our Package Insurance costs on average 2-3% of your order total and can be added to your discretion on the at checkout.
If you opt-in for Package Insurance, should your parcel get lost, stolen or delivered damaged you'll be covered for a replacement or refund. Click here to learn about our Package Insurance Program.
If you opt to skip Package Insurance, Bonjibon is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged orders.

Free Toronto Local Pickup
You can now pick up your order for free at The Side Kitchen located at 1093 Queen Street East, Toronto, ON.
All pickup orders will be ready for pickup between 2-4 days from time of order and will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Wed - Sat: 11am to 6pm
Sun - Tues: CLOSED
Eco-Shipping Promise
We take our eco footprint very seriously which is why we ship all of our orders in 100% eco-conscience materials.
Our boxes, tape, tissue and postcard are 100% recyclable and can be sent to a recycling facility, so feel free to put in the recycling at home or to send to a recycling facility.
Our Bonjibon stickers are compostable and can be disposed of in both backyard and commercial composting environments.
Cancellation
We only accept order cancellations if your order has not shipped yet. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@bonjibon.com with your order number. If you have already reived a shipping confirmation, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order as it’s already on its way to you.
Returns
All sales are final for your own health and safety. For faulty or broken products, please get in touch with us. Most of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty and we are happy to connect you with the appropriate channels to file a claim.
