General Qs

How do I use my toy?
It depends on the toy, but there is no “right” or “wrong” way to use your toys. We always suggest getting creative and putting it where it feels good :) But if you're still not sure, check out our article "How to Use Your Sex Toys".

What lube can I use with my toy?
Generally, you want to use water based lubricants with silicone toys. Glass and stone toys are compatible with all kinds of lubricants. For more, check out our article on lubrication!

How do I clean my toy?

I've lost my toy' charger! What do I do?
If the charger you've. lost is for a Satisfyer product, you can purchase a new one here. For all other charge cords, we recommend following up with the manufacturer of your item. Don’t know where to inquire? Please don’t hesitate to email us at info@bonjibon.com.

What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. If you have immediate buyers remorse and would like a refund before your order ships from our warehouse, please email us ASAP and we will do out best to accommodate :) Once your order has shipped, unfortunately we are not able to process a return or refund.

My toy isn't working! What do I do?
All sale are final, but don't worry, if you'r item isn't working as expected we will help you secure a replacement from their original manufacture. All the items we carry have a minimum 6 month warranty with their manufactures. Please contact us if you are experiencing issues with your item (and include your name and original order number) and we'll put you in touch with the correct channels to file a warranty claim.  

Are your toys body-safe?
At Bonjibon we only sell 100% Body-Safe items :)

Do you offer free pickup?
Yes! We offer free Toronto pickup via The Side Kitchen located at 1093 Queen Street East. You can select this as your shipping option at checkout :) Orders are dropped off once a week and you'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup!

Shipping Qs

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Please click here for a list of everywhere we ship. All orders are sent via Canada Post. Customers are responsible for any duties accrued in shipping their order.

Is your shipping discreet?
Absolutely. Our packaging is 100% discreet and nondescript. It will include the name and address you provide at checkout and the return address is to an unlisted address with business name stated as "Customer Service". Please see a breakdown of our shipping materials here.

How long does shipping take?
We ship with Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario and all orders are shipped out within 48 business hours from time of order.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

1-3 business days for local mail.
2-3 business days within the province.
4-8 business days for national mail.

All international orders are given a shipping lead time of 7 – 25 business days.

My order got lost/stolen, what do I do?
We offer Route Package Protection for all orders at checkout (scroll down for more info). Route Product Protection costs on average 3% of your order total and can be added to your discretion on the cart page. If you opt-in for Route should your parcel get lost, stolen or delivered damaged you'll be covered for a replacement or refund! If you opt to skip Route Package Protection Bonjibon is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged orders.

Payment Qs

What currency do you charge in?
We are proud to offer the ability to checkout in CAD or USD. You can change the currency you'd like to checkout in via the currency converter in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

What type of payment do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments to process all payments and accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

What will show up on my credit card statement?
Your Bonjibon order will appear as "BJB Shop" on your credit card bill.

Klarna Qs

Do you offer Klarna?
Yes! We offer Klarna as a payment option at checkout.  Learn more about Klarna here.

Please Note: Klarna is only available if you checkout in CAD. If you'd like to pay with Klarna you will need to ensure you're checking out in CAD and not USD. The currency conversion will not affect our shipping locations.

What is Route?
Insure your order with Route! Route automatically connects to everything you’ve ordered from all your favourite retailers while allowing you to visually track your packages, anytime, anywhere. Add Route Package Protection at checkout with partnered merchants and unlock full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues.

What info do you gather, and how do you use my data?
Route uses delivery and order information to provide as much detail as possible regarding your order. To do this, Route parses your emails to collect order information such as tracking numbers, carrier names, and product info. We employ multiple layers of security to protect and secure customer data.  

Note: Route's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How do I report an Order Issue to get a replacement or a refund?

Note: We refund the cost of the item(s) alone when approved. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included. Route also does not pay custom/duty fees.

How can I track my deliveries on the Route Mobile App?
You can view your deliveries in the Route mobile app to get a real-time view of where all of your packages are. On the MAP screen, you can swipe through cards or zoom into the map to see where packages are in-transit. Tap on a card to open up the Order Details page.  You can also see a list view of all your packages on the Orders screen. From there, you can tap on orders to see the order details which will provide info around where your order is in transit.

Why do I need Route Package Protection?
Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant.
