How do I use my toy?

It depends on the toy, but there is no “right” or “wrong” way to use your toys. Check out our associate product descriptions and product packaging for details on use of specific toys. We always suggest getting creative!

What lube can I use with my toy?

Generally, you want to use water based lubricants with silicone toys. Glass and stone toys are compatible with all kinds of lubricants. For more, check out our article on lubrication!

How do I clean my toy?

I've lost my toy' charger! What do I do?

We do not sell individual charging cords and reccomend following up with the manufacturer of your item. Don’t know where to inquire? Please don’t hesitate to email us at info@bonjibon.com.

Shipping Qs

Where do you ship?

Currently, Bonjibon ships to Canada and the USA via Canada Post. Customers are responsible for any duties accrued in shipping their order.

Is your shipping discreet?

Absolutely. Our packaging is discreet and nondescript. It will include the name and address you provide at checkout and a return label to our studio space that is unlisted. Please see a breakdown of our shipping materials here.

How long will shipping take?

We ship with Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario and all orders are shipped out within one day of order.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

Two business days for local mail.
Three business days within the province.
Four days for national mail.

All orders to the US are given a shipping lead time of 7 – 10 business days.

What currency do you charge in?

All prices and sales are in CAD.
